Dubai-based Byrne Equipment Rental LLC has appointed Northern Lights PR on a year’s marketing contract to support its growth plans.
Byrne is the largest general rental company in the Middle East with 450 employees and 12 offices in Dubai, Qatar, Oman, Abu Dhabi and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is best known for its event management activities, supplying the total equipment – from generators and toilets to lighting and fencing – for high profile events such as Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championship, Beyonce and Snow Patrol concerts and Abu Dhabi Formula 1 Race.
Graeme Clack, chief executive of Byrne, said: “Northern Lights carried out an initial audit of our marketing and will now help us to understand our customers and their needs in more depth. Key areas for development will be to build on our existing expertise and market positions- particularly on setting up work camps for construction, oil and gas and other industries and improving our offering to the oil and gas sector generally.”
