About the Organisation

The EY Foundation is a pioneering corporate foundation. It was created in 2014 as an independent registered charity with an independent majority board and core funding and support from EY. A service agreement between EY and EY Foundation ensures good governance of the relationship and that each maximises its contribution to the endeavour. The EY Foundation and EY agreed a new increased five-year funding agreement in 2020. The charity has also been successful in raising substantial funds on top of those provided by EY.
