  • Ensure our diverse range of Trustees have the necessary understanding, skills and access to information to work effectively and in the best interest of the Foundation and, in the cases where they do not, identify sufficient training to fill these skills gaps alongside the Executive.
  • Line manage the Chief Executive on behalf of the Trustees.

Final Interviews with EY Foundation

w/c 2nd October

About the Organisation

The EY Foundation is a pioneering corporate foundation. It was created in 2014 as an independent registered charity with an independent majority board and core funding and support from EY. A service agreement between EY and EY Foundation ensures good governance of the relationship and that each maximises its contribution to the endeavour. The EY Foundation and EY agreed a new increased five-year funding agreement in 2020. The charity has also been successful in raising substantial funds on top of those provided by EY.
